Lesley Whitten
"Lesley began painting in 2003 with pastels and then oils. She enjoys painting a variety of subjects which include portraits, landscapes, animals and still life. In 2007, Lesley won first prize and best pavilion entry at The Goulburn Agricultural Show. Recently she has developed a love of roosters and in 2008 won first prize in the pastel section of The Goulburn Workers Traditional Art Prize with her pastel called "Cock of the Walk". Lesley exhibits regularly in local exhibitions conducted by The Goulburn and District Art Society as well as in Canberra and Queanbeyan."
